If I cancel a session, the student may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. If a virtual session cannot continue because of a major technical problem, the remaining time will be rescheduled. Short technical interruptions will not normally qualify for a refund. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
